Import of LabkeyTools.py module in python 3.9 (e.g. in rename_fastq.py for the organize section in full_wes) with the python_3.9.sif image is causing a TabError: "TabError: inconsistent use of tabs and spaces in indentation" probably due to lack of compatibility with python v2.7
